I need 75 dollars..

Ok, well, i have 60 dollars, and im getting 50 in the very near future..i need a graphics card, a new one..im using a 9600SE 500mhz 128-bit 128ddr overclocked at 800mhz, its AGP 8x/4x, i only have agp slots on my mobo so any suggestions..i was thinking about getting a nVideo 6200 but, i think that is not as good as the one i have..im looking at a 9800xt 256-bit 256(ddr or ddr2 not sure) and its 74 dollars..should i get it?
Have any suggestions to a new card, msn me up kaossalami@hotmail.com or leave some links here....system specs are the following

ASRock k7s1gx 3 PCI 1x agp 4x/8x 2 DDR333 SLots
AMD Athlon 2200+ 1.5ghz~ OC'ed at 1.7ghz
1GB of Ballistix ddr333 ram
RADE hard drive....and 140 GB H/S USB 2.0 700mbs S
ATI 9600SE 128-bit 128 interface

Or harddrive.

Your current processor (sempron 1.5ghz) is going to bottle neck that video card (6600)

Oh, oops, just noticed that you have one of those "SE" versions... It probably doesn't require an external power source, then, I have a 9600 Pro (or maybe a 9700, I'm not sure really) laying around that does require a floppy power cable.
