Trying to flash 12 pipes to 16 is it possible?

I currently have a sapphire ati x800gto video card. Now what I'm trying to clearify is that can I flash this video card and unlock it to 16 pipelines? I was using ati tools and it said I have a R480 chip. Is it possible for me to flash my bios and be rid of my 12 pipeline handicap. Also if I can where do I go to do this?

u can do this and there is a website that has all the bioses on it and the utilities u'll need i just cant think of it right now, to do this u'll need a boot disk so if u dont have one make one
