Mother board Update? Bios

i have an Hp mother board in my computer. that is the only hp part in my computer. i am looking for an bios update for it. i cant seem to find any any can you help? all i know it is an hp mother that is all. Thomasnk

I don't know here to find them but just a warning, if you screw up updating your bios you will have to through out the board or send it back to HP for another bios chip.
