I have been asked to help a friend with his Mac. He says that they can't send stuff via email without it stopping the program and that it freezes up frequently.
I am thinking it is a memory issue or a spyware issue(like things are running in the background). I have not been on the computer, he just comes to work and asks me a bunch of questions so I don't know much more.
I don't know anything about Macs and would appreciate any ideas.
