strength of my internet connetion

i keep getting msg sayng internet connetion have little or no connection

also i carnt join my friend in online games and he only line 5 doors away LOL

Thats a open ended question, it depends if your broadband or dialup. Are you using wireless to a router for your internet connection.

More information would help.

Yep more info mate. Also, If your on a BB conection see if your network card (coff coff) is not a dile up 56K modem card.

Please buy a proper network card. 10/100/1000mbps

Ok sorry guys

im runnig a 2mb bt broadband connetion trough a ADSL router conneted by a usb cable not using network card
but it is a 56k dialup 1 shoul i be using Ethernet cable?

1 Use a network card for starters, 2 get a adasl modem router which then you can put all of your detales in and then connect etc.... wala you can play your games.

RJ11 (Dileup cable) from filter to router, then RJ54 cable (network cable) from the router to the PC.

right the thing is im pretty neewbie when it comes to internet networking ect

is the usb cable that bad then?(i only use usb because other cable is in xbox but i dont play that any more so can change it)

But you are conecting it up to a 56k dialup card in your pc.

Is that correct what you are useing?
