hello i need help with purchasing a graphics card under 200 dollars i need a pci bus and if u dont have enough wt power for the graphics card does it affect it bad but tell me will i need anything for my new graphics card i was looking at this one?

The PCI bus does not support PCI-Express. PCI-Express is completely different. DOn't get the buses confused!

Do you need PCI or PCI Express?
For under 200 you can get the GeForce 6800GS or the Radeon 800 GTO for a little less.
