Windows 95

I have a had this old laptop for years and now need it for a windows 95 application and every time I boot up I see the network logon field with my user name and I can not remember the password. Is there a way to go into reg edit and delete this without having to wipe and clean?

Press cancel, Control Panel, Users, delete the curent one and create yours

I know. What the hell is the point of having a password prompt if you can just press cancel!
