I just stick with the windows xp silver theme, it suits me just fine. Themes and programs running in the background just slow your computer down anyway.

Im very nervous of downloading this. How often does it give a virus?? Cuz i got a virus once

Some do have viruses so make sure you get a skin from a credible source
