Well, I'm english man, and that's what we use.

But you Americans don't use the metric system...hahaha

e.g. 10 stones 4 pounds, AKA 144 pounds

it's the same freakin system

it's like 1 1/2 metres is also 150 centimetres

Yeah, the systems are rather weird. Its like I prefer MPH to KPH, and Stone to pounds, and grams to ounces...
