Hmmm, I think thats from Norton's e-mail and autoprotect functions... It might also be media.fastclick adware it creates advertising popups on your computer...
So if you are using Norton and haven't had a sudden occurence of frequent popups. I think it's fine.

try booting the comp is safe mode and just run scans with everything, spybot, adaware and antivirus and see if that works

i get pop up all the time and also i get this thing that says i gotta download zango or something.

yup thats deffinately spyware

the zango thing is gone now because i used spybot and got rid of it but the ccap thin is still there so i unno takes up lots of memory and dont remember it there before.
