How many computers can OEM OS work on

I just bought an oem version of windows xp pro, and i have two machines that need an os, i was wondering whether i can install that same copy of windows xp pro on both machines and activate them both, or do i need to buy another copy. also if OEM can only be installed on one computer, can retail be installed on two?

I think u are allowed install both of them in 1 computer.
The retail one u are allowed to install on another computer after u have uninstalled it from the 1st computer, so it can be on one pc at a time.

Anything else is illegal. Atleast thats what I remember.

No, Windows XP <insert breed here> can only be installed on 1 computer at one time.
