I'm fine with the abuse, threaten or harass, but annoy? Seriously, just annoying someone and getting a jail term is going abit overboard. If really look at it, whether someone is annoying or not is simply an opinion.
How could they implement such a thing? For example, this post could be annoying but what they're saying is that i could be landed 2 years in jail for it.
