Search Memory

Hi all...

I am trying to get an answer to what I thought would be a pretty easy question. How do I clear what the computer remembers from previous searches or filling in of blanks. For instance, if you are at Google and you begin to type "complicated..." but a previous search had been for "cooking...", It automatically brings up any previous search memory for "c...." The same whever you type in address information or email addresses. I would just like to know how to clear all of that memory and start fresh. Thanks for any ideas guys.

This is done rather easily.
You'll just have to wipe the tempory internet files.

To do so on Interent Explorer,

Go to Tools, Internet Options, and tell it to clear History, Cookies, and Files (Don't worry, it wont delete anything valuable. Just stuff its used that can now be deleted)

If your using Firefox,

Go to Tools, Options,
and go to the Privacy tab, and select Clear All

I hope this helps

and to prevent it happening again theres a box in both browsers that by default is checked to remember what u type and u just uncheck it
