okay, If those are the ONLY psus that you are willing to get, i would get an Antec. IF you are willing to get rid of the combo deal, go for an OCZ Powerstream 520. The thing about PSUs is that you have to see if the rails fluctuate UNDER LOAD or when the PSU is stressed. OCZs fluctuate only .01V under load. I have seen it for myself. If you want the extra 512KB of cache go for the 3700+, if not, go with a 3200+. IMO, the 3500+ is just not worth it for getting an extra multiplier. With the 3200+ and 3500+ clocked at the same speed, the 3200+ will do better in performance.
 
yes it will. the 4 SATA connectors is to power the HDD, not transfer info. Any regular SATA cable will work with that HDD.
