Well my network settings got erased but I easily got my computer back on my networkk and online, so i think its alright now

Edit: does xp regenerate its files somehow? because the one file in quaretine is iexplore.exe but i can still use ie fine.

for the task mannager thing, double click on were the tabs are suppose to be and they will appear. Im not sure about your net though.
