computer uses to much memory

hello is there any program that i could download or buy to see which program is eating at my ram?
because when i press alt ctrl and delete and then click on the performance tab it says CPU usage %100

that would most likely be the cause of my crashing?
can anyone help plz

Seems like a infection. Do some scans.

ok well IEXPLORE is takin up the most with 46,404k
and msnmsgr (msn) is taking up 35,380k
svchost.exe is 18,456k
rtvscan is 21,016k

the rest are much lower
is that normal??

No, i am looking a my processes and msn messenger and SVChosts are alot lower on mine. But it might be our system.

Maybe someone else might know more.

Yes, anthing thing less than 512mb of ram on xp, theres some lag.
