Help Me Pick Video Card!

Okay parents bought a new computer here are specs:
17" hp lcd
amd x2 3800+
1 gig ddr400 pc3200 (2 x 512mb)
250gb sata150 hdd
dvd burner
logitech x-530 sepakers( good bang for buck)

I NEED TO KNOW WHAT VIDEO CARD TO GET!!!!
It has an open pci-express slot.
Budget:140-160 USD

So a pci-ex card in this range or lower thats will run cs: source with good fps. And It kinda has to be the actually ATi cards, or BFG.....sorry. The money is on a gift card and the store only has these brands, but they match prices.

how much is a bfg 6600gt? lol i think its 220 cnd... how much is that usd....
if you going for ATI i think the 1600 is good

the 6600 gt is a solid card, i have one by chaintech, it runs great, plays all the newest game with 60-200 fps.

the 6600gt is a good card but it is startin to get a little old, i suggest saving a bit more and goin for a 6800GS which should last a while

noooooo this computer is bought by my parents for my parents, i dont even lvie with them, im just advising. Ok how doe sthe 800gto and the 6600gt or 700pro or 1600 or 1600pro stack up, list of best to worst any1?

well im pretty sure they wont be gaming or anything so just get an evga or bfg 6600gt and u wont be dissappointed

no my dads an avid game.......surprising but true, he plays counter strike source, and bro will use it as he still lives with them. Any1 one know what would be the best for his purposes.
