Okay i overclocked my pc too far and need to reset it to normal i cant get into the bios, i have a jumper do i want to run the defalt bios, the "save bios" or rest the CMOS tell me please

ummm buy a better heat sink (perhaps water cooled) and perhaps open up your case, or... get another computer to find instructions on what to do..

If you can get into bios there is an option to reset to defaults, if you can't start up the computer and get into the BIOS, manually open the computer case and reset the CMOS.

Shut off the kill switch on the power supply and unplug it from the wall. Then locate the cmos battery. Remove it and wait 5 mins or so. Reinstall the battery just as it was when you removed it. Plug back in and fire it up.
Next time if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
