My computer is unusually slow for a P4 3ghz w 1gb of ram and idk wats wrong...it takes like 5 seconds after i click a shortcut for it to startup...its quite annoying.

i have NAV2005 2 dif anti spyware and my average cpu temp is 40c

is it bad that my CPU voltage is 1.350

no that temperature is good. Run anti spyware in safemode, and remove the detected files

yea but i have my system on lock...on startup i only have about 26 processes and i know what each and every one of them is
