i am a dsl technician, and i deal with that modem 20 times a day...im very familiar with that modem, also the actiontec 1520/1524...cisco 678, and intel 2100/2200

I am only 17 yrs old, i am in highschool.

i plan on going to college this fall for computer networking.
i am currently reading the A+ books, if i dont pass that test ill be pissed...its like 250 for the test.

That's an expensive test... I've been thinking of getting certified in some kind of on-the-jobsite technical support. On another note, if I can get that comp to install Pro without a hitch, I'll format the entire HD and dual boot Linux for the practice. I've always wanted to use it.

they do technical support for all sorts of isp. I do tech support for qwest. dsl
