I don't know if it's legal to get it from a p2p program, EVEN if u own the copy.
But it really doesn't harm anyone since u are not stealing it from the company that made the game, since u have already payed for it.

As long as you're downloading it for your own personal use sense you actually bought the game then I do believe it's legal. Because you bought the game, you just misplaced something. So I do believe as long as it's for your own use, then it's OK.

downloading the software is legal so long as you have the game, its just using a illegal cd-key that doesnt belong to you that is illegal...
