Will I need floppy drive?

yes the bios is already in there.
U might need to use a floppy if u want to flash the bios, though I'm pretty sure that most manufacturers have a program that can flash it from windows.
U do need a floppy to flash ur vid cards bios. But there ain't any need to do that unless u are going to oc it alot.

nope, you won't need a floppy drive. Just make sure that your cd drive is set as the first boot device in your bios and you will be alright. You can install the drivers from the cd from within windows.

I have that same motherboard, and I'm loving it.

Really, it is always nice to have a floppy drive in your computer. I wouldn't think of not having one around that I could use (from, say, another computer). I've had quite a few times where it has come in handy, like reformatting a hard drive, updating the BIOS (well, not this now, since most motherboards come with software that did it, but a few years ago I had to do it this way) and specialty drivers. Might want to pick one up just to be sure; they aren't expensive or anything!
