Sapphire Or PowerColor?

Which brand is better knowen, and performs better. Because i have narrowed it down to this>

I have a POWERCOLOR X800, it performs great, never had a problem, and it overclocks nicely. I recommend POWERCOLOR.

Yeah, but the powercolor costs more..
The one that i was looking at is 167.00- 590/1380
The powercolor is 179.00 - 600/1400

And im already over budget, so do you think that it would be some giant difference for the price or what?

Sapphire makes some really nice cards like their X800GTO2, which i think is a better buy than the X1600XT because a x800GTO2 quickly becomes a X850XTPE.
