My rig is extremely loud, you can hear it outside of my room, way out in the hall. What are your suggestions for some really quiet, powerful, led fans for my case? I need 80mm and 120mm. Also, the stock heatsink and fan that came with my athlon 64 makes a lot of noise, what is a good heatsink/fan combo for my cpu?

Well if you want a really quiet case look at lian li, their cases are quiet.
I have the Zalman 7000b-cu for my processor and it is so quiet, like if I turn it up all the way I still cant here it. Although its not the best cooler, it's very quiet. The Zalman 7700 would probably be better. Or you could get a Thermalright xp-120 and put a very quiet 120mm fan on that.

You could get a fan controller. I use one and when im on my pc i turn them down, and when im about to go out the room i turn them all up and give it a blast of air for ten mins or so.
