good motherboard brands?

I've had two Asus motherboards, my first priced at $70 (K8N) and my second priced at $90 (A8N5X). I loved my old one and I'm loving my new one even more. The A8N5X is very well designed and practical, but it isn't SLi. I wasn't looking for SLi capabilities, though, so I decided to go with the highest ranked Asus that suited my needs since I already trusted them. So, I found the A8N5X. It really does live up to the hype. However, it's a 24 power pin motherboard, so if you get it make sure the power supply and motherboard connectors match up or get an adapter (I have an adapter and it runs fine).

No pressure into getting that, though, I just thought I'd give you an idea and thought I'd better mention that since it isn't listed in the motherboard specifications.
