Firefox and ALT Text

You know the alternate text that appears over images when you put your cursor over it? Is it just me, or does that not appear in Firefox?

It's not the alternate text, it's the title. Right click and check the properties of the old "User CP" button, the alternate text is top_profile.gi , but has a title, and that's what appears..

ALT is how it appears in the actual dreamweaver code. I like the popup window better than the properities window...

I'm saying, what is shown in the "pop up window" isn't the alternate text, it's the title, as shown in the "properties" window
