Ok I found a suitable music maker to work on my computer- ACID 4.0- not 5.0 (the newest one).
My question, for anyone who's used 4.0, is how do you assign a a new instrument to a soft synth?
I have the menu open in Soft Synth properties, and when I click on an icon, I can only select one in the icon that says "Voice" and when Ive highlighted an instument, there's no OK button- and xiing it out does nothing.
Can anyone help?
