not really. U will see the difference in bechmarks etc, but I wouldn't go spending $30 to get 5mhz core speed and 30mhz mem speed.
 
The more expensive version has a better heatsink. Which would allow you to overclock farther and have it run cooler. Not sure if the better heatsink is really worth the $30 though
 
I would go with the cheaper model, if you're trying to make the most rational choice. Higher numbers are usually better, but not worth the tradeoff of price.

Then again, if you want to spend the money, and plan to OC immensely, then you may want it.
 
ide get the cheaper model cause u can get a way better heatsink than that for another $30 like a zalman
