I took out my RAM chips (one was a 128MB and the other was a 512MB) and put them back in. Then when i turned on my computer..it made this beeping sound for a few seconds. I checked to see if they were in properly and they were...the problem still proceeded...how can i fix this problem so i can still use my computer?????

Thanks alot for all your help!!!

OR you can look on your mobo manufacturer's website.

Try putting the 512MB stick in by itself and boot. That might help to isolate the problem.

put the ram in again its not in right this is whats causing the beeping its telling you it not on correctly

Some computers act funny if you have the highest amount of memory in the first slot, and a low amount of memory in the second slot. Try what some have suggested, switch them around- this should solve your issue.
