Graphics Card Issue?

My monitor has black lines running across it horizontally. Not fully black, just a darker shade. This goes on up and down the entire length of it. The monitor works fine when hooked up to any other computer in the house. I believe it's my graphics card. I can't play AoE II anymore. In fact, most graphical applications won't work. For some reason, I can emulate GBA still, but not SNES. PC games won't run, aside from The Sims. Is my card burned out, or is something else wrong?

Have you been inside it recently? Tried to overclock it etc? Sounds like the card is fried

Nah, never OCed anything before. I remember opening the side panel at some point to check inside and there was a good deal of dust accumulated. I vaccumed it out gently. Came out without me having to go anywhere near it, really. Very light balls of it.
