Computer case

i am having trouble fitting drives etc in to my computer as its not easy access to the compartment as the side panel door which you take off is only half the size of what the average should be, and the other half seems to be stuck and well attached, i have tried taking off the front facia to slide it off but this doesnt work, it still seems to be well attached. anyone know or seen these cases and can help me? ive tried searching on the computer for these cases can't seem to find any. Its a new case!!! many thanks!

So u can open only ½ of the side panel?
what a weird case.
Try to go like to the manufacturers site, or then just google for the case and see if it comes up with anything usefull.

yeah, the side which is easy to open comes off easily once undone a few screws, not sure where to find the manufactures of the case!
