I need an autoclicker

I need a good autoclicker program or a good macro that uses right click as F1-F10 for a game that i am playing.....if possible can it be an undetectable one....i want to friggin go to sleep but i cant stop playing the game...i havent slept in 5 days ....knowing that i will still be playing if i hav an autoclicker then i will be able to rest well.
