Slot A

Slot A is like Slot 1 for Intel PIIs exept they use AMD Duron 700MHZ and higer. Anyone heard of Slot A?

Yeah. My Pentium II and my dad's Pentium III are both Slot 1. Very interesting things indeed...although they are a bit annoying to remove.

Yea I've heard of slot A. They were used, just like you said for durons.
