No...the cpu froze for a bit. The cpu was still on, not the monitor...the monitor went blank and I dont know. Before it went black, I did see a small dell sign...what do you mean unprotected?

I would say, that, your moniter just kinda.. went. Do you have another moniter to make sure its not the computer?

Not that I can use...I'm pretty sure it's the monitor because I tried it with a laptop and same thing happened.
