The companies that ship items package them. I run a staff of 20 supervisors underneath me who all command their union workers who sort, load and unload packages. Funny thing is, if you check the statistics for the companies, UPS never exceeds its planned number of damages for a year. Not to mention it's one of the most powerful companies in the world, it crushes FedEx, and has almost every worker retiring as a millionaire.

The UPS store might package things for residents, but they do a good job.
