"Model Number Comparisons - Athlon 64s" from AMDs website http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/ProductInformation/0,,30_118_9485_9487^10248,00.html

Model Number Frequency L2 Cache Packaging

4000+ 2.4GHz 1 MB 939-pin
3800+ 2.4GHz 512KB 939-pin
3700+ 2.4GHz 1MB 754-pin
3700+ 2.2GHz 1MB 939-pin
3500+ 2.2GHz 512KB 939-pin
3400+ 2.4GHz 512KB 754-pin
3200+ 2.0GHz 1MB 754-pin
3200+ 2.0GHz 512KB 939-pin
3000+ 2.0GHz 512KB 754-pin
3000+ 1.8GHz 512KB 939-pin

Emphasis on 3400+ 2.4GHz 512KB 754-pin

If AMD's site is missing a processor I'd quite like to see proof!...

There is a Athlon 64 3400+ damn it! I have one!!! They don't sell them anymore though...

I wasn't talking to you...I was talking to that other guy. :)

Yes, the Athlon 64 3400+ were available in the ClawHammer core (1mb L2 Cache and 2.2ghz stock) and the NewCastle core (512k L2 Cache and 2.4ghz stock). BOTH variants were only available in Socket 754. There is no Socket 939 Athlon64 3400+. If there is, show me.
