Im looking to burn my music videos to a dvd disk . But I'm looking for a free program that will make that dvd disk play on all home and portable dvd players.

Use something like Roxio or any other DVD writing software and burn the files as MPEG4. You wont get flashy menus, chapters and whatnot but they should then play in any modern player.
