blurry letters?

ok. just say im reading a paragraph of text, every once in a while a sentence or 2 within the paragraph is blurry. i dont really get it and it wont show on a screenshot so i cant show u what i mean. i have a new monitor/pc so idk why it does it. when i highlight it and then unhighlight or just scroll it off the screen and then back it goes back to normal. anyone know what its from?

go to..
Start>control panel>display>apperance>effects>on the 2nd drop down menu click on cleartype.
