Intel CPU that needs clearing up

So as long as the motherboard supports 400Mhz bus, supports the 1.75v for CPU and is S478 I should be okay?

just buy a skt 478 mobo that is agp and you should be ok

Those were the early Prescott cores when they didn't switch to LGA775 yet. Those are virtually non-existent anymore since Intel discontinued them and are producing the LGA775 ones instead.

meh they still exsist though so you cant say they're all for LGA775

You can hardly find them. The majority of the Socket 478 Pentium 4's are the Northwood core.

northwood in tests at least when i still had my skt 478 last august was beating prescott cores anyway in alot of tests, plus they run cooler
