Need Help with video convertion

I want to switch .Ogg files to .Avi, or .Mp4 or something so I can play them on my Portable Video Player, Only problem is that I cant find a good editor. It doesn't have to be fancy, Just get the job done.

I'm sure Its been asked before but I cant do a search on ogg because CF only does searches on 4 letters or more words =\
