Buying Pieces issue

Hi there, a while ago I decided to buy a new hard drive for my somewhat old computer. But thanks to my lack of doing research, I bought a hard drive which requiered(SP?) a SATA connection, which my outdated motherboard did not have. So, I decided to buy a new motherboard and new processor, along with a new power supply and a fan for my case and a heat sink for the processor. I have around a $450 dollar budget, and I'd like to show you the items I chose before I buy them. I would provide my old comps specs, but it's pretty old I don't know what they are, except the Radeon 9800 Pro (256 MB) video card I bought last summer.
Edit: The computer is also out of commision, so I can't check now.

From Newegg

ASUS A8N5X Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard - $92.00

EDITTED:

MASSCOOL 90mm System Cooler 9025B1M3/4 90mm Ball Case Cooling Fan - $3.69

It's $443.14 with shipping and handling. I'm considering getting a new case, since the old one doesn't have very good air flow, nor does it have many fans in it. I'll probably get new RAM sticks later on, maybe in Feb. or March.
If you can, could you please help me out with my selection. Thank you very much.

you'll need a new case, thats an atx mobo and chances are your old computer its a micro atx and it wont fit.

yea i own a "alien-x aspire" 500w psu and the damn thing is loud as anything, extremely hard to sleep with it beside my bed
