yeah, definitly connecting to the internet shouldn't be a priority until you have some kind of protection. but if you have to for some reason just make sure you have the windows firewall turned on and you should be okay.

ya like they said make sure the bios is set. to do that it should be del at startup. you will see sumthin like press <del> to enter setup. hit watever button it says and it will say sumthinlike boot sequence or sumthin of the sort. make sure cd is the first one. it mite have ide cd drive but thats the same thing.

Definetly the Operating System disk. Without the OS, you won;t be able to access anything else, and that my friend, sucks.
