Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have DVD Drive connected to my PC. It is an LG GDR-8161B. My problem is that it will play DVD films but it will not play DVD games. I have tried a few different games but cannot get any to work. When I put the disc into the drive all I get is a clicking sound.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have tried installing better driver but windows says one I have is the most up to date version. I am running XP in case you need to know. All the DVD films I have run just fine but I cannot get any games to run in the thing.

dont update it using windows go to the manufacturers website and download the most recent one from there and install it

Hi, I tried to get another driver from LG but on it it says that the driver is for the DOS 6 operating system not XP.
