if you ran it in safe mode, wouldn't stop things from running in the background and lowering your score? or would that just not let the drivers work too?

with high performance? thats around what u should be getting 7k-7.5k i would think. dont forget your ram and cpu is going to limit the 7800gt's performance

just got my new 6600 GT and jumped from 1195 to 7520 on 03, ill run 05 in a minute.

yup thats about right for a stock 6600gt, overclock slightly and you'll see nice scores

7924 now after OC'ing it to 540 Clock and 950 Mem! I ran 05 and got like 1 FPS with the CPU test so i didnt finish it.

i got 9.3k with it at like 570/1200...at 565/1100 i get about 9.1k with one card and 15,714 with two

theres gotta be something wrong with your card because im getting that with 6600gt's and your card is way better. Look at my cpu score for '05 and you see why i was so low, man that killed my cpu
