Yes, but not with my laptop.

You can use my MSN. PM me for details.

Follow these instructions:

Quote: The spyware removal service offered is used completely at your OWN RISK. This service is run by volunteers and while every attempt is made to ensure the instructions you receive are accurate, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused either directly or indirectly to your machine. Backup any important data before cleaning your machine and take particular note of the warning below regarding who you should accept advice from to fix your pc.

Please also note this service is provided for Personal Computers ONLY. Logs posted from machines which are clearly from a corporate background will NOT receive support.

How to post a HijackThis Log

If you don't have a copy of HijackThis or do not have the latest version (1.99.1), you can download it from any of the following locations:

  • Double-click the self extracting file and then the 'unzip' button to install the program.
  • By default it installs to C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe
  • Using Windows Explorer (Windows Key + e), navigate to and double-click HijackThis.exe to launch the program.
  • Click the Do a system scan and save a log button to perform a scan and create a log file.
  • When the scan is complete, notepad will open up with the log file inside.
  • While in Notepad, press Ctrl-A to select all text and then Ctrl-C to copy the text to the clipboard.
  • Start a new thread (in this forum) by clicking the "New Topic" button and then paste the log (Ctrl-V) into the data entry window.
  • PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE INFECTION (if known) IN THE SUBJECT TITLE
  • Add any other comments you believe will be helpful to our analysis to ensure your problem receives the best possible help from our HijackThis staff.

Forum Policy - Posting HijackThis Logs

  • Accept help ONLY from authorised Spyware Doc Staff. These members are trained extensively in removing malware and are signified by the following colour coded User Titles: Admin | Moderators | HijackThis Junior Doctors | HijackThis Doctors | HijackThis Professor. These measures are in place to protect YOU and your computer from unintentional harm so please contact a member of Staff if the first reply to your topic is from an unauthorised source.
  • If running Windows XP without any Service Packs, you will be asked to install at least Service Pack 1a before any help is provided. Many people have unlicensed copies of Windows and don't even realise it. Unfortunately, unlicensed copies of Windows are unable to install the Critical Updates / Service Packs which are vital for the safe and 'relatively' secure running of the Operating System. Our Experts would be wasting their time fixing such a machine.
  • You can determine which Service Packs (if any) are installed by entering your Control Panel and clicking on the 'System' icon. Service Packs will be listed under the System section on the General tab. If you don't have any installed, please click HERE to download and install Service Pack 1a. Choose the 'Network Installation' link for a standalone download.
  • Please DO NOT post your log or request for help in someone else's thread. We have a strict 'one victim per thread' policy at Spyware Doc. Please start your own thread by clicking on the ''New Topic" button in the top left (or bottom) of the HijackThis Logs forum window and keep ALL REPLIES in that thread until we've cleaned you up.
  • Please note that double posting within a short space of time in your own topic cancels the automatic email notification which the HijackThis Doctor helping you would normally receive. If you need to make an amendment to your last post, please click on "Edit" in the top right of that post and clearly mark the change as such if necessary. Also ensure you 'Reply' to the Doctor's posts and not your own for the same reason, it will cancel the notification otherwise.
  • Please include as much information as possible about the problems you're experiencing when you post your log and throughout the fix. Sometimes, just mentioning the name of a popup you've been receiving can help our Doctors quickly diagnose the root of the problem. Remember, we're not mind readers!!
  • Try and stay calm when attempting to fix your machine. Malware is designed to be a pain in the backside. Don't be surprised if the first fix you receive fails to solve all of your problems. Malware has a habit of concealing itself from the even the best anti-spyware / virus scanners and will only come to light after numerous exploritory tools have been run.
  • PLEASE DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO FIX ANYTHING WITH HIJACKTHIS YOURSELF. Most of the entries contained in a HijackThis log are perfectly legitimate. You can do serious damage to your machine by removing the wrong entries !!
  • When your machine has been fixed, please leave us feedback on how it's running. Not only is it courteous to thank the Doctor who's helped you but we actually like to know the outcome of the fix !! We then have the opportunity to give you some invaluable prevention advice for the future.

Here is a pre entro for the forum I'm about to redirect you to. Before posting in the forum I'm about to give you, please run the spyware programs in the link I have provided you. Please run those programs, as those may fix your problem.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE RUNNING THE LATEST VERSION OF HJT, WHICH IS AVAILIBLE FOR DOWNLOAD IN THE LINKS PROVIDED.

THE TECHS ONLY WORK WITH THE LATEST VERSION OF HJT.

If its 216 gig of ram theres your problem and if it has norton that seriously boggs your rig down and last but not least if its a 40 gig hard drive it might not be new or good so the RPM/read and right speeds might be slow. If possible try overclocking some of the hardware to test if any single items slowing your rig down.

Try defraging your computer for starters, go to ACCESSORIES,SYSTEM TOOLS, then select Defragment, or DISK CLEAN UP, see how much junk it clears and how much space on your HDD it frees
