which proc. should i get ??? is it worth paying 28 dollors more for the 3700 or do i go with 3500 o ya i ahve a fxf 7800 if that helps your decision or will even a 3200 be enough ?????

I think that extra cost to the 3700+ applies to the extra cache it supports. They're always expensive for such a small amount too. If the price is bugging you, then no, not worth it. Just get the Venice 3500+.

The extra cache won't help for gaming. Only encoding, decoding and so forth. So if the main purpose of the processor is for gaming, then go with the 3500+ and save some money.

go with a 3200+. With the combination of the 10x multi and 200 FSB, you will be flying. If you want to overclock, you got lots of headroom. A64s usually max out about 2.8Ghz.
