Dunno. The only official Windows XP themes released by Microsoft is Classic, Luna and Royale. Luna is already the default theme for Windows XP and Royale is a new release that was originally released on Windows Media Center Edition. Classic has always been the theme for Windows 95, 98, ME and 2000.

No it isn't. Just left click on Desktop, then go to Properties, then click on the Appearence tab, then choose under Windows and Buttons. If you have it installed, it should be under "Media Center style".
