i learnt my lesson by just turing it off at the power switch on the back of the psu. i had mayjor problems with it fors ages but then it seemed to sholve itslef when i left it alone for about aweek. tunred it on and it was like nothing had happened. wierd dont know if it was a build up of static electricity or something like that. now i have alot of respect when it comes to shuting it down properly.
