Program to monitor GPU temps while playing games?

I had a quick question. Is there a program that can monitor your GPU temperature while you're playing a game? I have ATiTool and it's useful when I'm on the desktop, because the tray icon shows the temperatures. I have fraps, which shows me my FPS while playing a game or watching a video or whatever, but when I was at a LAN party a guy was running fraps and he had it displaying FPS and his temps. Is there an option in fraps that I'm missing or do I need a different program?

Download FRAPs, and search around for the options. If he had it displaying the temps, then you can too.
