i have reconnected everything and i DID reformat....

tbh 380w for your setup seems ok not perfect but it should do the job fine, is there any part from an olderpc that you can with, e.g. try differnt ram, try differnt hdd, gfx see if you get the same problem sounds an obvious soloution but helps when trying to narrow down such a general error

lol yes i do........i was thinking to just disconnect EVERYTHING and just put the computer back together like i just bought it......also, i just realized that my mobo drivers are like 6months old.....can that be a factor?

Well it cant hurt to update them, thats just wierd all i can say it has to eb a graphics card or MOBO problem

it sounds exactly like its overheating get a program and keep an eye on the temps while u play cs and let us know what the temps are
